1.Novel Packing Chromatographic Separation Technology
Chromatographic separation technology is a physical separation technology designed based on differences in molecular size, polarity and functional groups of different products, which can realize separation and purification of large-batch products, and is a key technology for industrial separation production. Through comparative analysis of various packings in chromatographic columns and subdivision of packing specifications, the company targetedly selects packings according to specific purification requirements, effectively reducing purification costs while obtaining high-quality products.
2.Halogen Impurity Separation and Purification Technology
Some halogen impurities have important impacts on key performance such as service life of display materials. Through a combination of synthesis reaction adjustment, production environment cleanliness control, and special pretreatment of purification solvents, the company can control halogen impurities in display materials to the ppb level, ensuring product quality.
3.Chiral Isomer Impurity Control and Purification Technology
Chiral compounds generally have two enantiomers, which usually show different activities. In the pharmaceutical field, one isomer of a chiral drug may be effective, while the other may be ineffective or even harmful. Therefore, controlling invalid or harmful chiral isomer impurities is a frontier technology applied in the pharmaceutical industry. Through a combination of raw material control and purification process control, the company identifies and controls chiral isomer impurities step by step, controls single chiral isomer impurities to the ppm level, and can realize control and purification of up to 21-step reactions and 7 types of chiral isomer impurities.
4.Metal Ion Control and Purification Technology
Metal ions are important elements affecting the performance of OLED, liquid crystal display materials, pharmaceutical intermediates and other products. Analysis and control of metal ions is a key link in ensuring product quality. The company has built an advanced metal ion analysis technology system based on AAS and supplemented by ICP-MS, and established a leading 100-class clean room in the industry, realizing full coverage of analysis and detection of all types of metal ions, with analysis and detection accuracy up to the ppb level.
