1.Trace Chemical Impurity Analysis and Separation Technology
The company monitors and identifies impurities in products and reaction processes through analytical methods and instruments such as GC, LC, MS and IR, realizing full impurity control with accurate monitoring accuracy up to the ppm level. At the same time, through control of reaction conditions, reaction stability, equipment and other reaction processes, the company reduces and controls the generation of specific impurities, reduces the type and quantity of impurities, lowers the complexity of impurity control, effectively improves the refined control and separation degree of trace impurities, and enhances product quality.
2.Liquid Crystal Polymer Trace Analysis Technology
A certain amount of polymer impurities will be generated during liquid crystal production, which is the main cause of bright spots on LCD panels. Since the analysis and detection methods of small molecule impurities and polymer impurities are different, it is generally difficult for the industry to quantitatively and qualitatively detect polymers. Through special treatment of sampled products and adjustment of analytical instruments, the company greatly improves the reliability of polymer analysis and detection based on molecular weight range. According to the analysis and detection results, the company adjusts the purification technology and process of related products, improves product quality, and effectively reduces the possibility of bright spots on downstream panels.
