Mass Production System – High-Efficiency Industrial Production Technology
The company has established an efficient industrial production system: it conducts pre-production simulation through limit experiments (temperature, pressure, etc.) and parameter regulation, and ensures smooth reaction scale-up through dynamic hazard source secondary identification and sensitive reaction passivation treatment. It adopts precise process control and SPC data analysis to realize stability and repeatability of reaction processes, and outputs scaled mass production processes. Meanwhile, through precise temperature control technology, customized stirring devices, and precise waste gas concentration detection, the company realizes precise control of scaled production, reduces side reactions, and ensures fast, safe, efficient and low-cost scale-up of products from gram level to kilogram or ton level.
