CEO’s Message

Dear Friends,

Hello!

Welcome to Xi’an Manareco New Materials, to learn about our past, present and future.

Time flows like water, and Manareco has walked a journey of more than 20 years of hard work. Over these two decades, all Manareco people have stayed true to our original mission, worked in unity, and forged ahead through various challenges and difficulties, building Manareco into a high-tech enterprise with certain international recognition, significant industry influence, and strong support from local governments.

During our development, despite external headwinds, under the correct guidance of the Board of Directors, the management team has led all employees to strive for progress: we actively expanded markets externally, and continuously strengthened internal management. We advanced refined management transformation, introduced advanced management systems, and upgraded production lines with automation and smart technologies — significantly reducing costs, improving efficiency, and unlocking corporate potential. We continuously increased R&D investment, developed new products with independent intellectual property rights, and effectively enhanced our core competitiveness. We established a sound talent cultivation mechanism, laying a solid foundation for long-term stable development. The excellent corporate culture accumulated over years also provides endless momentum for future growth.

Looking ahead, Manareco will uphold the business philosophy of “Openness, Integration, Innovation, Development”: while consolidating and expanding our leadership in display materials, we will accelerate platform-based technology building, fully leverage our deep technical accumulation, and boost the growth of pharmaceutical and electronic materials segments, to achieve leapfrog development.

Looking back, we are grateful and proud to grow alongside this great era; looking forward, we are full of confidence and expectation.

Sincere thanks to all friends for your long-term care, support and trust in Manareco New Materials!

Wang Xiaowei
